No, I am not a travel agency. I do not sell packages or resell tickets. I provide private guiding services and cultural experiences. Any reservations (restaurants, museums, transfers) are made directly in your name, and you pay the providers directly.
What is included in the tour?
My guiding services, cultural explanations, personalized assistance, and help with reservations. If transport is needed, I coordinate with licensed transfer companies.
What is not included in the tour?
Transport in my personal vehicle, meals, entrance tickets, hotels or any third-party services. These are always paid by the client directly to the provider.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, I am fully covered by professional liability insurance for my guiding services.
Do you have a Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações)?
Yes, in compliance with Portuguese law, I provide access to the official electronic Complaints Book upon request. You can find the link at the footer of this page.
Can you guide inside museums or monuments?
I can guide in most public areas, but some monuments in Portugal require an official licensed guide. In those cases, I will accompany you and provide explanations outside, or recommend a licensed guide.
How do payments work?
You pay me directly for my guiding services.
Restaurants, transfers, tickets and other services are paid directly by you to the provider.

What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour can be rescheduled. The deposit is non-refundable.
